Sam, Mike and the team from Centric Building Services, did an incredible job on our bathroom. We had to modify the bathroom to create a safe and functional space for my son who has special needs. Not only is it now functional, it looks fantastic!! The team were professional, but they also really cared about the project. We purchased a new home in 2019 and began planning renovations prior to settlement. Sam & Michael were helpful with suggestions at this early stage, but their skills and experience came into their own once work began. Renovations continued over a 9-month period, on a tight time schedule, and was completed without delays. We had total confidence in their control of the project, which stemmed from Sam & Michael involving us in the many various decisions that are necessarily required, such as resolving issues and dealing with Council's regulations. Sam and Michael did a comprehensive renovation of my 1930's-style Mosman apartment, with a new kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, removing walls to create a new kitchen/living room, installing new hardwood floors and built-in cupboards, and overseeing the entire project. I was very happy with the result; a highly professional job, with excellent quality workmanship. Sam and Michael communicated clearly and obviously cared about producing good work. With help from local architects, I was able to oversee the project from overseas, and felt a high degree of trust in Sam and Michael's decisions as the project went along.
